Experience

Anne has been in the training consultancy business for 18 years. She specialises in job analysis and training design for large organisations in the private sector. She designs training, trains trainers and has led successful training design teams. Her job analysis skills and experience are highly regarded by clients implementing skill-based pay systems in manufacturing, processing and trades jobs.

She, and Edreen Sheath have jointly won the NZATD Boyd Visual Training Design Award. Anne’s international experience includes consultancies in Europe and Australia.

Tim Warner

Introduction

Tim comes from a business background of chartered accountancy and consultancy to Treasury and the Reserve Bank. He specialises in the analysis, design and delivery of financial and other business systems training and likes to consider key issues from all angles to ensure that any approach taken is cost effective for the client.

Experience

Tim has been in the consultancy business for 16 years and has designed and advised on financial and other systems training for clients in New Zealand, Australia and South Africa.

Tim is also a very experienced course facilitator and enjoys working outside of the finance field by facilitating communication skills training, including training trainers and assessors.

Edreen Sheath

Introduction

Edreen has a background in senior management in the Manufacturing, Retail and Distribution sectors. Recognised as a ‘visionary’ Edreen has the ability to quickly see the real potential for performance improvement in organisations and to help turn that potential into reality

Experience

Edreen is PACT’s sales and marketing specialist and is well respected for her skills in diagnosing performance improvement needs, competence-based training design and in passing on these skills to other trainers through ‘train the trainer’ programmes.

Her conceptual thinking style and ability to see the ‘big picture’ enables Edreen to help clients develop and implement ‘whole’ training systems. She has been a design team leader for a number of large competence-based training projects and has worked extensively for international companies in New Zealand, Australia, South Africa and Europe.

With Anne Evans-Scott, she jointly won the NZATD Boyd Visual Training Design Award.

Nicky’s background in the legal field ensures she is capable of picking out pertinent information and she is quick to grasp new ideas and concepts and conveys them in a succinct and clear way.

Experience

Nicky has been a training and documentation consultant for the past 17 years, previously to that she was a Branch Manager and Regional Training Advisor with a National trading bank in the UK.

Specialising in procedural and process documentation, Nicky is also an experienced facilitator, running workshops and training courses.
